In short: no analytics and no tracking cookies. The email guide keeps your answers on the page. Call bookings go into Michael’s Google Calendar.
Arvanu is Michael Kilty's independent practice, operated by Healthview AI OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia. Healthview AI OÜ is responsible for personal information handled for this website and enquiries. Contact michael@arvanu.com with privacy questions or requests.
Browsing this website
This website does not install analytics or advertising scripts, or set tracking cookies. Only the booking page uses browser storage, briefly, as described below. Its fonts, images, and pages are served from the same website. Netlify hosts and delivers the site; technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser details, and request time, may be processed to deliver, operate, and secure that service. See Netlify's privacy information.
The AI chart on the homepage
The model chart uses Epoch AI data stored on this website. Viewing it does not contact Epoch AI. Links to original sources open only if you choose them.
Preparing a contact brief
The brief builder works in your current browser page. Your answers are not submitted to Arvanu or saved by this website. Choosing “Open email draft” passes the prepared text to your email application, where you decide whether to send it. Choosing “Copy brief” puts the text on your clipboard.
Avoid entering confidential business information or sensitive personal information. Leaving or refreshing the page clears the site's working state, although your browser may restore form fields.
Email and meetings
If you email Michael or book a conversation, the contact details and information you provide are used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether working together makes sense, and arrange or manage that conversation. Providing this information is voluntary; without a way to contact you, Michael cannot respond.
Enquiry correspondence is handled through email services. LinkedIn links take you to a separate service with its own privacy arrangements.
Booking a call
The booking page asks for your name, work email, company (optional) and one optional line about your task, together with the time you choose and your time zone. They are used to arrange and hold the call you asked for.
Your booking is created as an event in Michael’s Google Calendar; Google sends the invitation and creates the Google Meet link. Arvanu uses a free Google account for this, so Google handles that information under its own privacy policy and terms rather than under a data processing agreement with Arvanu, and may process it outside the European Economic Area.
Netlify runs the booking functions, which operate in the United States on Arvanu’s plan, under its data processing agreement; Netlify states that it relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for such transfers. It keeps a small reservation record for each booking: a reference, the time, its status and a keyed fingerprint of your name, email and time (a one-way code used to recognise a repeated submission), plus short notes about problems such as a booking that could not be confirmed. To stop the booking page being misused, it also keeps a keyed code of your email address, so that one address holds one upcoming call, and, for 24 hours only, a keyed code of the IP address a booking came from. It does not store your name, email, note or IP address. These are still personal data, because they can be matched to your booking.
While a booking is being confirmed, the page keeps its reference and your form details in that browser tab’s session storage, so a reload cannot create a second booking. They stay there until the outcome is certain (confirmed, or definitely not booked) or you close the tab. No cookies are set. A scheduled check run with Anthropic’s Claude reports only counts and dates of bookings and problems to Arvanu, never your name, email, note or booking reference.
Booking events are deleted 12 months after the call; reservation records 30 days after the booking date; problem notes 30 days after they are resolved. Emails about a booking, such as replies, changes or cancellations, are kept as correspondence, as described below.
Purpose, sharing, and retention
Handling a request about possible services may be necessary to take steps at your request before an agreement. Other business correspondence and the secure operation of this website rely on legitimate interests in communicating with you and running the practice. Information is shared with service providers needed for those purposes, or where legally required; enquiry information is not sold.
Retention depends on the enquiry, any resulting work, and applicable record-keeping requirements. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed for those purposes. Hosting and communications providers apply their own service retention arrangements and may process information outside the European Economic Area; their privacy information describes the safeguards they use.
The workflow example
The customer enquiry and responses on the work page are fictional and prewritten. Its controls update an illustration. They do not call an AI service, send messages, reserve appointments, or make decisions about you.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact michael@arvanu.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority or Estonia's Data Protection Inspectorate.
