• Execute trades on your behalf
• Provide financial, investment, or legal advice
• Guarantee accuracy of any predictions
• Hold or manage any cryptocurrency or funds

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service
• Maintain the security of your wallet and account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

• Paid Plans: Increased prediction limits and access to advanced multi-model AI

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, and software—are owned by Arvanu and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI predictions or analysis. Specifically:

• AI predictions are not financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations
• Predictions are generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate
• You should not make financial decisions solely based on our AI predictions
• Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future performance

7. Limitation of Liability

Arvanu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any financial losses from trading decisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of our member state of establishment. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the European Union.

10. Consumer Rights (EU)

If you are an EU consumer, you have certain rights that cannot be waived by these terms:

• Right to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases
